Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, significantly different from what was described, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of any damage or defects
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • For electronic items, a short video demonstrating the issue may be required

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund

at no additional cost to you.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers and provide an appropriate resolution if the package is confirmed lost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled withinnull24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or been shipped.

As our products are fulfilled through international warehouse networks, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Return Shipping

All orders include free standard shipping to customers.

Once a refund request has been approved, GoFansGear initiates the refund immediately to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service — these processing times are outside our control.
